- Drive and manage brand standard and best operational practices while focusing on continuous growth and development of the staff to achieve budget and profitability.
- Oversees Ben Franklin spend to include Safety, labor, inventory, and fleet.
- Responsible quality of workmanship, Job site inspections, maintenance program management, Plumbing repair, drain and sewer division to and protection of company assets.
- Oversee safety compliance, including employee training, safety tracking, employee compliance assessments, and incident investigations, to ensure that they are completed properly and that corrective actions are implemented when necessary.
- Ensure all personnel adhere to OSHA safety standards.
- Maintain compliance of licensing, permitting, and code requirements.
- Manage and develop service staff to include recruiting, hiring, termination, discipline, scheduling, setting work priorities, conducting 1 0n 1 coaching sessions, evaluating performance, and directing work assignments to maximize production.
- Maintain training of field personnel on systems, tools, and procedures utilizing in‐house training, virtual and physical ride alongs, Success Academy®, webinars, and online training programs.
- Assist the dispatching operation in ensuring appropriate technician selection for the type of service.
- Participate in all company sponsored training classes.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Associate degree in related field preferred.
- Residential and commercial Plumbing license
- Back flow certification
- Must have a minimum of 8 years of verifiable managerial, technical, and sales experience in the Plumbing field.
- Knowledge of the fundamentals of operational functionality of residential and light commercial Plumbing, Drain cleaning and Sewer and water line repair and replacement.
- Knowledge of the layout, installation, and service requirements for residential and light commercial Plumbing appliances, equipment and water treatment systems required.
- Must have comprehensive knowledge of current Plumbing products.
- Must have a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding annual revenue goals.
- Must possess the ability to understand the effects of economic, financial, and market conditions on the business.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills required.
- Knowledge of local codes and permitting requirements required.
- Computer proficiency, including with Excel, required.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
